1. When I try to run LaserType version 3.0 that I have just installed on a new PC running with Windows NT, I get an error message and the software does not open. What happens?
The new version LaserType version 3.0 available since the beginning of September can only run with a new USB dongle (HASP).
With this new version, you should have received this new USB dongle to replace the one you had until now.
However, Windows NT does not support USB device.
So LaserType version 3.0 must be installed on computers using the following operating systems, and only those ones:
- Windows 98 (or ME)
- Windows XP (Professional or Home edition)
- Windows 2000
2. What kind of files can you import/export into/from LaserType?
